How We Automated SEO for F&R Air Conditioning
F&R Air Conditioning is a family-owned HVAC company in Abbeville, Louisiana, serving 23 cities across Acadiana with 19 service lines. Zero in-house marketing staff. Here's what happened when we replaced their entire digital presence and built an AI-driven content engine on top of it.
A legacy business with a legacy website problem
F&R Air Conditioning has been in business since 1956 — nearly 70 years serving Abbeville, Lafayette, and the entire Acadiana region. Their reputation was built on decades of word-of-mouth in a tight-knit community. But their digital presence told a different story: a bloated WordPress site that loaded slowly, ranked poorly, and did almost nothing to convert the traffic it did get.
They had no analytics hooked up correctly, no structured data, no programmatic strategy for their service areas, and no content pipeline to speak of. The site had been touched by at least two previous agencies, neither of which left documentation behind. WordPress was the bottleneck. No amount of plugin optimization was going to get this site where it needed to be. We migrated the entire thing to a modern static-site framework deployed on edge infrastructure, giving us sub-second load times and near-perfect Core Web Vitals out of the box.
Every page was hand-structured for E-E-A-T compliance: proper schema markup, localized content with genuine regional knowledge (not just city-name swaps), and a URL architecture designed for programmatic expansion. The site wasn't just faster. It was built to scale.
Before and after, no spin
These are real metrics from the migration. "Before" numbers reflect the legacy WordPress site. "After" numbers reflect the rebuilt site within the first 60 days of launch.
Early results (Week 1 post-launch): Homepage moved from position 60 to page 1 on Google. Average keyword position improved 12 spots across the board.
